Fardin Roshan Zadeh, professionally known as Nwener, is a leading Kurdish rapper, lyricist, and filmmaker. Born in Bokan in 2002, he has become a definitive voice for his generation, known for blending raw social commentary with deep political consciousness.

Nwener began his creative journey in 2018 after moving to North Kurdistan. Faced with the harsh realities of the Kurdish struggle, he turned to hip-hop as a medium for resistance. In late 2020, he relocated to Norway, where he has since solidified his position as a key figure in the global Kurdish music scene. His work is celebrated for its ability to bridge the gap between traditional Kurdish identity and modern urban soundscapes.
